Cause
The axis has exceeded the allowed tracking error (parameter MAXFLWE). Possible improper axis adjustment, missing enablement, faulty motor or drive, feedback system and/or mechanics.
Solution
Check parameters, settings, connections, condition of the drive, collection system, motor, etc.
