Message: Mechatrolink: Too many axes and spindles
Detection
On CNC power-up or when validating the machine parameters.
Cause
The Mechatrolink configuration has too many axes and spindles (servos and inverters). The Mlink-I mode admits a maximum of 14 elements and Mlink-II 30. Using a time slot of 90 microseconds instead of 60 also reduces the maximum number of drives that the system can handle.
Solution
Reduce the number of drives or use the Mlink-II with a time slot of 60 microseconds.
