Cause
Invalid value in an argument of the #CS, #ACS, #HSC or #POLY instruction. Invalid value for the index of an arithmetic parameter.
Solution
Check the syntax of the instructions in the programming manual. The index of an arithmetic parameter must always be positive or zero.
