Detection

On start-up or recovery of the operational phase of the bus.

Cause

The possible causes are:

  • The CNC has calculated a position that exceeds the allowed range.
  • If the error occurs during the startup of an absolute axis, the V.A.COUNTEROVER.eje variable of the axis has an inconsistent value.

Solution

The possible solutions are:

  • Review PITCH, NPULSES, INPUTREV, OUTPUTREV and ABSOFF parameters.
  • If the error occurs during the startup of an absolute axis, execute the following operation.
  1. Set the V.A.COUNTEROVER.eje variable to 0 (for example, from MDI).
  2. Set the ABSOF parameter of the axis to 0 and validate the parameter.
  3. Restart the CNC.4. Adjust parameter ABSOF.5. Restart the CNC.
