Cause
When operating in polar coordinates, a movement has been programmed that involves an axis that is slaved to another one.
Solution
The movements in polar coordinates are made with the main axes of the work plane;
therefore, the axes that define the plane cannot be slaved to each other or to a third one. To unslave the axes, program "G78".
