Message: Fagor digital feedback. Image capturing sensor (CCD) error.
Detection
On startup or normal operation of the system.
Cause
Damaged rotary encoder or reader head of the linear encoder; the CCD (Charge-Coupled Device) or the LED (Light-Emitting Diode).
Solution
The possible solutions are:
- Check mounting tolerances.• Clean the glass or the steel tape of the linear encoder.
- If none of those solutions solves the error, replace the encoder or the reader head of the linear encoder. Contact Fagor Automation.
