Message: Error in bus pre-operations phase.
Detection
During CNC startup.
Cause
An internal error occurred during the configuration phase of slaves connected to the bus. In the case of EtherCAT (additional ID error code 330-xxx), it is possible that the ENI configuration file is incorrect due to an inadquate ESI slaves file.
Solution
The possible solutions are:
- When using third party EtherCAT nodes, regenerate the ENI bus configuration file, using the adequate ESI files. If this is not the case, please contact Fagor Automation.
- If the error repeats, please contact Fagor Automation.
