Fagor Automation closes 2022 with achieved objectives and good expectations for the new year

2022 has been a year of continuing to position and consolidate Fagor Automation’s place in the international market after the coronavirus, a year of reunions and growth.

To consolidate its leading position and in its commitment to continue its international expansion and growth in new markets, Fagor Automation has been present at 18 international trade fairs, and has also organized its own events.

In terms of new products, this year Fagor Automation has presented the new UT Series, the family of optical absolute rings, which complete the range of encoders. In the CNC business, the Elite Series family has been reinforced with even greater capabilities and the new Fagor Digital Suite digitisation solution has been presented.

A year of growth and international expansion

2022 has also been a year of international expansion for Fagor Automation, a fact that has been reflected in the opening of a new office and technology centre in Bangalore, India, the opening of a new office in the USA with larger dimensions and ready to serve its customers and the acquisition of a new plant in Eskoriatza.

In addition to the expansion of these facilities, Fagor Automation continues to grow by acquiring stakes in companies that are key to its expansion and diversification. This year, for example, it took a stake in the share capital of Savvy Dat Systems and acquired FR Engraving S.r.l.

Close to customers

Throughout 2022 Fagor Automation has remained close to its target audience, not only at face-to-face events, but also through its corporate channels such as Linkedin, newsletters and the website, which has been revamped this year to offer customers a new website that is easier and more intuitive to navigate.

Looking ahead to 2023

Fagor Automation is very positive about 2022 and plans to continue expanding its competencies internationally in 2023.
