安全機能
機械を操作することは、特に機械稼働領域で行われる作業において、人間にとって大きな危険となる場合があります。 このような場合、機械の別の軸を安全な方法で制御し、機械軸で制御されていない動きが発生しないようにする必要があります。 そのような安全機能アプリケーションのために、FAGOR AUTOMATION は、特にアプリケーションをより安全にすることに関してお客様と協業者の要求に取り組んでいます。 現在、当社のエンコーダ G3-FS、S3-FS、および SV3-FS は、機械の機能安全規格 EN ISO 13849-1:2015 および EN 61800-5-2:2016 を満たしています。 これらのエンコーダシリーズは、機能安全に関する関連する電子機器の規格 IEC 61508:2010 と、エンコーダに固有の最新規格 IEC 61800-5-3:2021 も達成しています。 これらの規格に従って、FAGORのセーフティ エンコーダは、SIL 2 またはパフォーマンス レベル d アプリケーション用のシングル エンコーダ システムとして操作できます。 FAGOR は、すべての開発プロセスにおいて TÜV SÜD による監査と認証を受けています。
