Un esempio sono i nuovi impianti di fotolitografia, in cui si produce il vetro inciso che viene utilizzato nei propri sistemi di retroazione lineare.<\/p>\n<p>Come obbiettivo strategico la societa investe oltre il 10% del proprio fatturato ad attivita di Ricerca, Sviluppo e Innovazione; attualmente conta 85 ricercatori e 6 dottori, dedicati allo sviluppo delle nuove tecnologie di automazione ed
