Fagor Automation a rejoint UMATI, une initiative de VDW<\/strong><\/a>, l\u2019association allemande des constructeurs de machines-outils. L\u2019objectif de UMATI est d\u2019\u00e9tablir une norme mondiale pour la connectivit\u00e9 des machines-outils et elle repose sur une sp\u00e9cification compl\u00e9mentaire au protocole OPC-UA.<\/p>\n

Il n\u2019y a pas de meilleure connexion qu\u2019un langage commun<\/strong> et ceci vaut \u00e9galement pour les machines-outils<\/strong>. Plus elles \u00e9changent et partagent facilement des informations, plus elles sont efficaces.<\/p>\n

Ensemble, 17 partenaires et VDW ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 UMATI<\/strong> (u<\/strong>niversal ma<\/strong>chine t<\/strong>ool i<\/strong>nterface). Il permet aux machines-outils et aux p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques de se connecter \u00e0 des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes informatiques sp\u00e9cifiques clients – simplement, de mani\u00e8re s\u00e9curis\u00e9e et transparente<\/strong>. UMATI est un standard ouvert<\/strong> pour les utilisateurs de machines-outils du monde entier. Il sert \u00e0 exploiter de nouveaux potentiels pour la fabrication du futur.<\/p>\n

Au salon de l\u2019EMO<\/a><\/strong> d\u2019Hannovre 2019<\/strong>, UMATI<\/strong> pr\u00e9sentera une d\u00e9monstration de l\u2019interface standard dans le cadre d’un show particulier<\/strong>. Les visiteurs professionnels pourront s\u2019informer sur le projet dans le hall 9<\/strong> et apprendre comment se d\u00e9roule une consolidation centralis\u00e9e des donn\u00e9es sur un tableau de bord de d\u00e9monstration. La mise en \u0153uvre de l\u2019interface commune<\/strong> pourra \u00eatre exp\u00e9riment\u00e9e sur les stands des partenaires du projet<\/strong> (stand de Fagor Automation, entre autres) tout au long du salon. Ils pr\u00e9sentent diverses machines et contr\u00f4leurs qui se connectent \u00e0 divers partenaires de communication et au tableau de bord de d\u00e9monstration UMATI.<\/p>\n

La connectivit\u00e9 avec UMTI est simple, s\u00e9curis\u00e9e et tourn\u00e9e vers l’avenir<\/strong>. Toute machine avec une interface UMATI peut \u00eatre facilement connect\u00e9e avec des applications<\/strong>. Dans ce contexte, Fagor Automation poursuit son \u00e9volution dans le cadre de l’industrie 4.0<\/strong> pour accompagner ses clients dans le processus de transformation num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n
