At that time APLOS had the know-how in linear motion and design on precision machine tools, while Fagor Automation supplied the latest generation of numerical controls for machining. They therefore share a common goal: <b>to supply to the market the highest-end direct-drive machines.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>After more than 6 years of working together and being able to overcome a pandemic, we are still growing together.<\/p>\n<p><b>More about APLOS CNC Machine Tool Manufacturing\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Its first linear motor machine, the <b>DX-450<\/b>, was introduced in 2014. Two years later, in 2016, a <b>strategic partnership<\/b> was signed with <a href=\"https:\/\/www-dev.fagorautomation.com\/en\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fagor Automation<\/span><\/a> and the <b>GV850 <\/b> and <b>LX360<\/b> models were developed. In 2019 the machine models <b>GV1625<\/b>, <b>U400<\/b>, and <b>FGV1060<\/b> were launched in their facilities, with an annual output capability of 10 machines. Finally, in 2021 Aplos was established in Lingang (Pudong) with a yearly output of 40 machines.<\/p>\n<p>After years of development, APLOS CNC has become an advanced manufacturer of direct drive machine tools at home and also abroad.<\/p>\n<p>Nowadays, the main products currently issued by the company include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U series cradle <b>five-axis machining center<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FGV series <b>fixed beam gantry machining<\/b>center\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GV series <b>crane-type gantry machining<\/b> center<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GVM <b> series profile machining<\/b> center\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SW series medium and large swing <b>head five-axis machining<\/b> center<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other <b>precision machining centers<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The company is headquartered in Lingang New City, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. The team has more than 40 R&amp;D engineers, including outstanding <b>experts in mechanical<\/b>, <b>electronic control<\/b>, <b>software<\/b>, <b>application technology<\/b>, and other fields. At present, the company has a production base of more than 11,000 square meters, and all machine tools are assembled and produced in the constant temperature and humidity workshop.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the company has a <b>research and development <\/b>center established in Singapore, in which it has introduced several experts in the fields of motion control, vibration, machine tool design and manufacturing, and industrial interconnection.
