This connection is made through a universal type external cable which means that a s<strong>ingle product may be used to connect linear and angular encoders<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It&#8217;s high protection degree, IP67, its small size and the 8-pin M 12 connection or direct connection to the Siemens DRIVE make it possible to install it even in very confined spaces. Among <strong>its main characteristics<\/strong>, <strong>we should mention a resolution of 10 nm on linear encoders with a measuring length of up to 42 m.
